The Department of External Affairs is responsible for managing both internal and external relations, while also fostering community engagement through various events.
The department undertakes large-scale projects, typically aimed at improving the overall Site-Phoenix experience. In addition, it plays a minor role in recruitment efforts, attracting new individuals into the Foundation and assisting with application reading.

Personnel must hold Level-3 Clearance, become handpicked through internal recommendations and successfully pass an interview to become inducted into the department.
