Site - Phoenix personnel get access to a large assortment of equipment which perfectly matches the needs and mission of their department.
REGULAR EQUIPMENT
Onsite equipment is a key part of Site - Phoenix gameplay. Whether it’s for use in a test, or illuminating the dark, there’s a tool for the task regardless of what it is.
KEYCARD
Description:
The Keycard is an item given to all personnel for identification purposes.
Usage:
Holding out the Keycard will display your username to all personnel nearby.
Pressing F while holding out your keycard and facing an individual will allow said individual to physically take a look at your Keycard and an image of your ROBLOX avatar.
Holding out your Keycard and pressing LMB will equip it, visibly displaying your username until taken off with the same action.
BEVERAGES
Description:
Beverages may be bought at various soda vending machines or poured into a cup at water coolers found around the facility.
Usage:
Replenishes a small part of the "Thirst" meter upon use.
A Cup of Water (Free) replenishes a larger portion of the meter, unlike Sodas (3$).
FOOD
Description:
Food may be bought at various snack vending machines scattered around the facility or purchased as a tray in cafeterias.
Trays may only be created and served at the Entrance Zone cafeteria by personnel on the "Foundation Personnel" team.
Usage:
Replenishes a small part of the "Food" meter upon use.
A Tray (5$) replenishes a larger portion of the meter, unlike Snacks (3$).
FLASHLIGHT
Description:
The Flashlight is an item purchasable at Utility & Gadget Crates for 5$, which provides illumination in dark environments.
Given for free to members of the Engineering & Technical department.
Usage:
Equipping the Flashlight and clicking LMB will project beams of light towards your cursor, illuminating the direction its pointed towards.
TOOLBOX
Description:
The Toolbox is an item exclusively given to the Engineering & Technical department.
Usage:
Holding out the Toolbox and holding "E" on a broken piece of facility installation will create a pop-up minigame which the individual must complete (in some cases).
Upon successful completion of said minigame, components are consumed and maintenance is completed.
The Toolbox is able to carry a grand total of 35 components. Components are consumed when repairing facility installation and may be restocked at Component Boxes scattered around the facility.

CLIPBOARD
Description:
The Clipboard is an item exclusively given to members of the Scientific & Medical departments.
Usage:
The Clipboard allows for simple note taking without the usage of external programs such as the 'Notepad'.
CITATION BOOK
Description:
The Citation Book is an item exclusively given to members of the Ethics Committee.
Usage:
The Citation Book is used for issuing fines to personnel who have committed Code of Ethics violations.
The Citation Book does not have an infinite range, requiring the individual being fined to be in close proximity.
A pop-up will appear upon receiving a fine, forcing the individual to pay it.
If personnel do not have enough in-game currency to pay a fine, their balance will go into the negatives.
CONTROL KIT
Description:
The Control Kit is an item exclusively given to the members of the Security Department, Ethics Committee and the Mobile Task Forces.
Usage:
The Control Kit offers three separate modes: Frisk, Restrain, Detain.
Frisking an individual will reveal their entire inventory to the user, ignoring the effects of the Contraband Pouch.
Restraining an individual will visibly place their avatar's hands behind their back, preventing them from equipping items.
While restrained, individuals may spam LMB to attempt to break out of cuffs.
Detaining an individual will prevent them from inputting their own movement commands and equipping any items, allowing the detainer to forcefully move them around.
BALLISTIC SHIELD
Description:
The Ballistic Shield is an item exclusively purchasable by the Security Department and Mobile Task Forces at Utility & Gadget Crates for 20$.
Usage:
The Ballistic Shield serves as a heavy, moveable wall, allowing the carrier to block bullets from the direction they're facing.
PVS-31
Description:
The PVS-31 is an item exclusively purchasable by the Security Department and Mobile Task Forces at Utility & Gadget Crates for 15$.
Usage:
The PVS-31's are a pair of night vision goggles, allowing the individual to perfectly see in the dark.
Personnel must have a helmet with a valid mount equipped in order to utilize the PVS-31's.
May be brought up and down by pressing N.
M67/18 GRENADE
Description:
The M67 and M18 grenades are throwable items exclusive purchasable by the Security Department and Mobile Task Forces at Utility & Gadget Crates for 20$ & 10$ respectively.
Usage:
The M67 grenade is an explosive throwable, allowing combative forces to flush individuals out of cover and ragdoll anyone within the explosion radius, regardless of distance.
It is capable of instantly incapacitating any health personnel, were they to be on top of it at the time of the explosion.
Additionally, it may apply injuries, such as fractures, light bleeds and hemorrhages.
An individual may only purchase up to 3 M67 Grenades at a time.
Usage:
The M18 grenade is a utility throwable, producing a thick cloud of smoke after being thrown.
It will continuously produce smoke at its location for a total of 60 seconds after activation.
An individual may only purchase up to 2 M18 Grenades at a time.
RECONTAINMENT EQUIPMENT
Occasionally, one of the many anomalies within Site - Phoenix may breach containment. Thankfully, a multitude of equipment is at the Mobile Task Forces’ disposal to deal with such incidents.
CAGE KIT
Description:
The Cage Kit is a piece of recontainment equipment purchasable at Utility & Gadget Crates for 20$.
It is used solely for recontaining SCP-173.
Usage:
Holding out the Cage Kit in close proximity to SCP-173 will give the user an "Assemble Cage" prompt which takes 10 seconds to complete.
Upon successfully caging SCP-173, the user will be met with two additional prompts; "Attach Rope" & "Disassemble Cage".
Upon finishing the "Attach Rope" prompt, the user attaches a rope to themselves and SCP-173's cage, allowing for simple, straightforward transportation of SCP-173 back to its containment.
FABRIC BAG
Description:
The Fabric Bag is a piece of recontainment equipment purchasable at Utility & Gadget Crates for 15$.
It is used solely for recontaining SCP-096.
Usage:
Holding out the Fabric Bag in close proximity to SCP-096 will give the user a "Place Bag" prompt which takes 4 seconds to complete.
Upon successfully bagging SCP-096, the user will be met with two additional prompts; "Attach Rope" & "Remove Bag".
Upon finishing the "Attach Rope" prompt, the user attaches a rope to themselves and SCP-096, allowing for simple, straightforward transportation of SCP-096 back to its containment.
SCRAMBLE CHIP
Description:
The Scramble Chip is a piece of recontainment equipment purchasable at Utility & Gadget Crates for 25$.
It is used solely for protection against SCPs which pose memetic hazards and must be paired with the PVS-31 Night Vision goggles.
Usage:
The user must have the PVS-31 night vision goggles equipped to utilize the Scramble Chip's ability.
The Scramble Chip will remain active at all times, so long as the user keeps their night vision goggles down.
The user may choose to turn off the night vision mode of the PVS-31's when utilizing the Scramble Chip by pressing Z.
The Scramble Chip places a black square over any SCP which possesses memetic properties, preventing the SCP from affecting the user and allowing them to safely recontain it without the risk of dying if properly utilized.
A warning symbol will appear when the memory usage reaches 50%, paired with loud beeping and "LOOK AWAY" text upon reaching 75% or greater.
The Scramble Chip will automatically de-activate and go on a cooldown after the memory usage hits 100%.
The Scramble Chip slowly recharges when not looking at memetic anomalies, which includes closing your eyes by holding F.
