The Code of Ethics acts as the main rulebook for all Foundation Personnel, it contains rules which apply to all Foundation Personnel at all times unless they are granted specialized exeptions which can either be obtained from a member of the Overseer Council or via departmental guidelines.

Before conducting any actions on-site, all Foundation Personnel are required to have read and understood the Code of Ethics in its entirety.
All questions which might appear regarding the Code of Ethics and on-site regulations should be forwarded to the Ethics Committee.
