GENERAL INFORMATION
The Security Department is the main and general combative force of the SCP Foundation. They are deployed at all official locations of the Foundation and, as the name implies, act as a security force for Foundation personnel.
Their duties range from general protection, to providing security for scientific and medical research, as well as countering operations conducted by hostile Groups of Interest.
Personnel must hold Level-1 Clearance and successfully pass a Security Department application to be inducted into the department.

DETACHMENTS
The Security Branches operate autonomously, equipped with specialized gear and assigned unique duties in addition to their regular SD responsibilities.
SURFACE DETACHMENT
SURFACE DETACHMENT
The Surface Detachment is an autonomous SD unit trained to operate in open and long range combat areas. The SFD operates on the surface areas of the site to prevent hostile incursions and provide security to E&T supply convoys, as well as ensure general stability of the surface.

CRISIS SUPPRESSION UNIT
CRISIS SUPPRESSION UNIT
The Crisis Suppression Unit is a heavily equipped small team of specialists that have been trained to operate in close quarter environments and effectively suppress Class-D unrest even in the most dire of situations.

TRAUMA TEAM
TRAUMA TEAM
The Trauma Team is a specialized branch of medically trained SD operatives. Equipped with light, mobile armor and medical items, they fill combat support roles for all combatives including the Mobile Task Forces during operations, as well as regular site duties.
