Special Containment Procedures: SCP-151's containment chamber consists of a singular room with a panel with an intercom, allowing for communication due to the lack of windows to observe the containment chamber. SCP-151 lies behind a shroud, used to prevent unwanted observation of the painting, though this can be opened/closed from a panel within the viewing area.
Access to SCP-151's containment area is permitted to those with Level-1 clearance or above.
Description: SCP-151 is a small oil painting of a depiction of someone's perspective underwater, with a metallic frame. Upon observation of SCP-151 individuals will initially experience no effects, however after some time difficulty breathing can be observed and they will begin to cough up water.
Eventually, individuals will succumb to the effects of SCP-151 and will appear to drown on dry land. There is currently no known way to reverse these effects.
