When SCP-173 is unobserved, it may move freely and targets any individual nearby in an effort to terminate them by decapitation. When an individual is killed by SCP-173, their head can be seen on the end of one of the anomalie's rebar cables.
Notably, when SCP-173 is left alone within it's containment it can be heard moving, and will bang on the containment door in a dire effort to breach containment. SCP-173 also leaves behind unkown matter, which must be regularly cleaned up to maintain the chamber's cleanliness.
