Special Containment Procedures: SCP-714 is placed within the centre of a small containment chamber, on a pedestal with a ring holder with which SCP-714 is placed. The chamber consists of a number of glass panels, and a keycard locked door for access. The outer containment area is minimal, and has no panels or specialised equipment.
SCP-714's containment area can be accessed by any personnel of clearance Level-2 or above.
Description: SCP-714 is a jade ring, of weight 2kg. Despite being light, when the ring is worn by any individual their stamina is greatly reduced in turn for increased resistance to onsite cognitohazards. This includes the fear effect.
To wear or take off the ring, the individual can simply equip SCP-714 and click. All effects occur instantaniously after wearing or removing SCP-714.
